Shoyu is a mild Japanese soy sauce made from soybeans, wheat, and koji (a unique Japanese mold). Our shoyu is brewed using a remarkably traditional method by Japanese people who have been making shoyu for generations. Shoyu ferments for at least 12 months, and you can taste it! Delicious in (miso) soups, with soba and udon noodles, stir-fries, or as a dipping sauce for sushi.
