Usage
You can make fresh, low-calorie summer rolls with organic rice paper.
Soak the sheets in lukewarm water for 5-10 seconds, 1 by 1.
You fill them with rice noodles and vegetables, and dip them in your favorite Japanese sauce.
This way you can prepare a fancy starter, healthy lunch or light dinner in no time.
Baking or frying is a bit more difficult, but possible.
