Raw hemp oil is an unrefined oil with a delicate, nutty flavor. It's made from whole, raw hemp seeds. Nothing else. By cold-pressing the seeds, the nutritional values are preserved as much as possible. This organic hemp oil is pure and naturally rich in omega-3 and -6 fatty acids. Due to its cold-pressing process, we recommend not heating the oil. Delicious on salads, pasta, or in smoothies.
