Quinoa whole wheat organic
This organic quinoa comes from Dutch soil. And that's special, because it means the indigenous people of Peru and Bolivia don't have to suffer from the enormous demand for (sustainable) quinoa. Whole-grain quinoa still has the husk around the grain. This provides extra fiber and a crunchy texture. Quinoa contains more protein than other grains and is gluten-free. Delicious in a salad, in a vegan Buddha bowl, or as a nutritious breakfast.
Tip: cook along a miso vegetable stock cube for extra flavour.

Usage
Bring 1 cup quinoa to a boil in 1.5 cups water. Cook the quinoa in a covered saucepan over low heat for 15 minutes, or until tender.

After opening, store airtight in a dry, dark place at room temperature (max 20 °C).
