Coconut milk 22% fat organic
This coconut milk is made up of 80% coconut and 20% water. That's probably the highest coconut percentage you'll find. We don't remove any fat from the coconut, but maintain a naturally high fat percentage (22%). This ensures you're getting the best quality coconut milk. The texture is incredibly rich, and the flavor is delicious and pure. Did you know that the coconut cream (the thick part of the coconut milk) is perfect for (vegan) baking or cream? Just refrigerate the can overnight before baking. It's always handy to have a few cans of coconut milk on hand, as you can simply add it to anything!
