Heat & eat udon bio
These organic udon noodles are thick wheat noodles, traditionally eaten in Japan. They are steamed rather than fried, making them lighter and lower in fat (0.9g per 100g).
Udon is Japanese comfort food at its finest. Because this udon is pre-cooked, you'll only need a few minutes in the kitchen to whip up a delicious noodle bowl. You gently pull the noodles in water, drain them, and stir-fry them with a (stir-fry) sauce and some vegetables.
Using them in (miso) soup? Simply add them to your favorite broth. Ready in less than 5 minutes!
Ingredients
WHEAT flour*, water, salt, acidity regulator: lactic acid. * = from organic farming
