These organic ramen noodles are thin Japanese wheat noodles with a soft texture. They're steamed rather than fried, making them low in fat (0.9g per 100g). Because the noodles are pre-cooked, all you have to do is stir-fry or add them to a stockpot. Ready in 2 minutes. Perfect for a steaming bowl of ramen or a hearty stir-fry with vegetables and tofu. Japanese comfort food, but super fast!

Usage
Rinse the ramen noodles briefly in cold water, carefully separate them, and drain. Heat them in your favorite broth or stir-fry. Delicious with miso, seaweed, tofu, and a generous handful of vegetables.
Save
After opening, store in the refrigerator for a maximum of 2 days, airtight.
