Hatcho miso is a gluten-free, versatile Japanese seasoning made from fermented soybeans. Its unique and intense flavor comes from its authentic production and fermentation process, which lasts no less than two years. Its powerful umami flavor makes hatcho miso a good, organic alternative to bouillon cubes. It's also particularly suitable as a base for (miso) soups, sauces, and marinades. It's also delicious on bread, combined with peanut butter.
Hatcho miso is the most potent of the four miso types.

Usage
