Genmai miso is a delicious seasoning made from organic soybeans and unpolished brown rice. It's a perfect addition to both Japanese and European cuisine. Genmai miso ferments for at least 12 months in 100-year-old cedarwood barrels under the charismatic hands of our Japanese experts. It's an ideal base for miso soups, sauces, and dressings. It's also delicious with legumes or cabbage-like vegetables. Genmai miso has a medium-strong flavor.

Usage
Use 1 tablespoon as a bouillon cube substitute or for 200 ml of miso soup. Use as a base for a sauce, marinade, or dressing.
