Sprouted spelt bread natural organic
This organic ancient bread contains no yeast or sourdough: it's made entirely of spelt and water. Sprouted bread is made by sprouting spelt grains for 2-3 days and then baking them at a low temperature (110°C-130°C). This way, the maximum nutrients and fiber are retained. It's a delicious, hearty bread that you don't need much of, as it's very nutritious. Delicious with miso and nut butter, homemade hummus, or chocolate spread.
