Buckwheat is increasingly gaining a place in Dutch cuisine. This gluten-free product has been used in Japan for centuries. Our buckwheat noodles are made of 95% buckwheat and 5% sweet potato. They are delicious combined with miso (soup), seaweed, and Japanese seasonings like tamari, mirin, and sesame oil.

Usage
Cook for 3-4 minutes in plenty of boiling water. Drain and rinse with cold water.
