The difference between amber rich taste (grade A) and dark robust taste (grade C)? Grade C is darker brown and has a more intense, caramel-like maple flavour. Liquid "gold"!

Wet sugars, such as honey and agave syrup, can be replaced 1 to 1 with maple syrup. 100g white or caster sugar can be replaced with 65ml maple syrup.
