Usage
1. Do not wet
Don't wet your toothbrush before applying toothpaste – water can dilute the formula and make it less effective.
2. Less is more
Use a small, pea-sized amount. That's all you need for a fresh, thorough clean.
3. Brush with care
Brush gently for about 2 minutes, twice a day.
Enamel softens temporarily after eating or drinking. It's best to wait 30 minutes before brushing your teeth. This allows the natural processes in your mouth to restore your enamel to its optimal condition.
