Material Grinding Bit Self-Fit - Food grade EVA (Ethylene vinyl acetate) - Free from BPA, phthalate and latex

Usage
Customize your bit as follows:
- Place the bit in water at 80-90° C for 15 seconds. - Remove it with a spoon.
- Shake off any hot water and then place the tray in your mouth.
- Bite into the mouthguard and press it firmly against your teeth on all sides.
- Don't forget to press the sides well.
Once the bit has cooled, it will retain its shape.

Warnings
Do NOT use the Grinding Bit if:
​​​​​​​​- You are not yet 18 years old;
- You have loose teeth, mouth ulcers or abscesses, severe gum disease or bleeding gums;
- You have had dental surgery or implants placed in the last 3 months;
- Your doctor or dentist has diagnosed you with TMJ syndrome;
- You have jaw pain or mouth pain when you grind your teeth or clench your jaw;
- You wear braces, dentures or another dental appliance.
