Usage
Instructions for use of the anti-snoring chin strap
- Place the band on the chin and the back of the head as shown.
- The adjustment straps overlap, allowing you to set the correct chin strap tension.
- The two adjustable straps allow you to set the correct chin position and the desired upward force.
- Once the correct position has been found, any horizontal support straps can be removed and the chin strap can be used continuously without having to readjust it each time (but only if required later).
