Directions for use
Before use, check that the Shush earplugs are clean. Shush earplugs come in one universal size, and there is no difference between left and right earplugs.
Insert
1. Grasp the Shush earplugs by the stem. Use the hand on the same side of the ear as the one you want to insert the earplug into.
2. Use your other hand to gently pull the top of your ear up at a slight angle to better open your ear canal.
3. Gently slide the earplugs into the ear canal in an upward motion.
4. Release the auricle and, if necessary, push the earplug a little further until it forms a comfortable seal.
SHUSH earplugs offer the best protection when you insert them before entering a noisy environment or space. This ensures the best sound experience. Then, wear them continuously and only remove them when you've left the noisy environment or space.

Twist the earplug or move your earcup back. This will loosen the earplug slightly and make it easier to remove.
