Deep Rest is a high-quality, loose-leaf herbal tea from Shilafit, specially formulated for evening use. The blend includes sweet fennel, chamomile blossom, lavender, valerian root, rooibos, cinnamon, and lime blossom. The flavor is mild, slightly sweet, and spicy.
This tea is completely caffeine-free and free of artificial additives, making it a perfect fit for a conscious and natural lifestyle. Ingredients
Sweet fennel, rooibos, green rooibos, chamomile blossom, carob, lemon balm, cinnamon, lime blossom, lavender blossom, valerian root, ashwagandha extract, passion flower herb, natural flavouring
Usage
Use a heaped teaspoon (approx. 2 grams) of loose leaf tea per cup and place it in a tea strainer or paper filter. Pour boiling water (100°C) over it and let it steep for 5 to 7 minutes. Optionally, add 250–500 mg of Shilajit resin to the warm tea and stir well until completely dissolved.
