Shiepz Melatonin Time Release contains 0.1 milligram of melatonin per tablet. Each tablet has a special time-release formula that allows the melatonin to be released gradually into the body.

- Melatonin is used for short-term treatment of jet lag in adults

Compound

Composition per daily dose of 1 tablet:
Melatonin 0.1 mg
Vitamin B6 0.28 mg - 20% RI*

Ingredients
Bulking agent (cellulose), thickener (hydroxypropyl cellulose), fully hydrogenated cottonseed oil, sweetener (isomalt), anti-caking agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide), pyridoxine hydrochloride, melatonin.

Usage
Take 1 to 2 tablets with water. It's best to take them at a fixed time.

Use is not recommended in cases of autoimmune diseases, diabetes, epilepsy, liver or kidney problems, pregnancy and breastfeeding, and when using blood pressure medication.

This nutritional supplement is not suitable for children under 3 years of age.
