Vitamin D3 + K2 Vegan contains 50 mcg cholecalciferol, expressed as 2000 IU (International Units), and 50 mcg vitamin K2 (as MK-7), all from plant sources. Cholecalciferol and MK-7 are the most biologically active forms of vitamin D3 and vitamin K2 and are known for their synergistic effect, making it beneficial to take both vitamins together.
