Helps relieve the pain of plantar fasciitis.
Directions for use
Before use, check that the product fits well in the shoe. If necessary, remove the existing insole. The heel of the insole should be placed against the back of the shoe. If necessary, trim the end to the desired size, following the guidelines on the product. For some people, it may take some time for the pain-relieving insoles to feel comfortable. The feet need to get used to the structural properties of the insole, so a break-in period may be necessary. If necessary, you can gradually build up use by wearing the In-Balance® Pain-relieving insoles for an increasing number of hours each day until you can wear them all day. Replace if the product shows signs of wear.
