Use
Instructions for use: - You may be able to remove the insoles currently in your shoes - do that first. - Then place the Scholl insoles in the shoe to check if the size is correct. - If necessary, you can trim along the line (on the insole at the toes) that corresponds to your shoe size on the size guide. Or you can use the size of the original insoles. - Insert the Scholl GelActiv™ insoles into the shoes with the gel side down. Replace the insoles every six months or when they show signs of wear.

Are you experiencing pain, discomfort or other side effects? Stop using it immediately. Do not use in contact with damaged or irritated skin. Adding or replacing components of certified shoes may affect their certification.
