A gentle, non-constipating and bioavailable product. Now with 10 mg iron per capsule, 20 mcg molybdenum and 30 mg vitamin C per tablet. Vitamin C promotes the absorption and utilization of iron. The addition of Lactobacillus bulgaricus (a friendly probiotic bacterium) from a yoghurt culture provides 'carriers' to the nutrients, just as in a natural food.
This formula is hypoallergenic and suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
