Directions for use
How to insert SANOHRA fly Airplane Earplugs?
Place your arm over your head and slightly lift the ear on the other side. This will widen the ear canal. Grasp the end of the SANOHRA fly Airplane Ear Plug with the thumb and index finger of your other hand and insert it, with the fins at the front, into the ear canal using a gentle rotating motion. Repeat the same procedure for the other ear.

Children should only use ear protection under adult supervision. If you have any ear problems, consult your doctor before use.

When should SANOHRA fly Airplane Ear Plugs be used?
At takeoff: If you already experience earache at takeoff, it's best to use the SANOHRA fly Airplane Ear Plugs before the plane takes off. After 30 minutes, you can remove the SANOHRA fly Airplane Ear Plugs, as the pressure conditions are generally constant once the plane reaches altitude. For short flights of less than 2 hours, it's recommended to wear the SANOHRA fly Airplane Ear Plugs throughout the entire flight.

Upon landing: Use SANOHRA fly Airplane Ear Plugs as described no later than 45 minutes before landing. Do not wait until the pilot announces landing. It is recommended to further strengthen the Eustachian tube function by chewing, swallowing, or yawning. Your ears are optimally protected when SANOHRA fly Airplane Ear Plugs are removed only after arrival at the airport—that is, outside the aircraft, once inside the airport building.

Please note that the SANOHRA fly Airplane Earplugs also reduce noise due to their function (while you still hear everything!).

To remove the earmuffs, lift them slightly, just as you did when putting them on. Don't pull them out abruptly, but remove them with gentle twisting motions.
