What is this medicine used for?
Noise reduction through soft noise-reducing foam earplugs.

Directions for use
Roll the earplug between your thumb and index finger into a small rod.
To ease insertion, hold the earplug above your head with your free hand. Twist the earplug as deeply as possible into the ear canal.
Wait until the earplug is fully extended before entering the sound area. If you are aware of ambient noise and are wearing hearing protection, you can enter the sound area. If not, repeat steps 1-3. If the sound insulation is insufficient, change the type of hearing protection.
After use, remove the hearing protection plugs slowly and with a slight rotation from the ear canal to avoid damaging the eardrum.
