The grey Celtic sea salt is harvested by hand in an artisanal way from the salt marshes of Guérande (Brittany).
The salt is naturally pure, unrefined, rich in minerals (including magnesium, calcium and iron) and dried* for use in a handy salt mill.
This very mineral-rich Celtic coarse sea salt is a great seasoning for many dishes. Delicious as a marinade for fish, for example. As a saltwater solution, it's also ideal as a supplementary mineral complex (sole).
