Usage
As a steam bath: dissolve the capsule in half a litre of non-boiling water.
On a handkerchief: Empty the capsule with a pointed object in a handkerchief
On pyjamas/pillowcase: Squeeze capsule with a pointed object on pyjamas or pillowcase.

Warnings
Not suitable for children under 2 years.
Not for internal use.
