Use
Nasal rinses in children have proven effective • for the prevention and treatment of colds with excessive mucus formation • for preventing and treating recurrent infections due to enlarged tonsils (adenoids = polyps in common parlance) with and without involvement of the middle ear (middle ear effusion) • for the treatment of sinusitis after diagnosis by a physician • as a supportive treatment for pollen allergy • as a supportive treatment for pollen allergy

Instructions for use
To prepare a nasal rinse solution, dissolve the contents of one sachet of RHINICUR® nasal rinse salt in 125 ml (filling volume of the RHINICUR® nasal shower for children) of lukewarm water. Ensure the salt is completely dissolved by shaking or swirling vigorously; incomplete dissolution can cause irritation, such as a burning sensation or itching. Nasal rinses can be performed up to 3 times a day in children, each time with 125 ml of solution. Generally, it is recommended to perform 1 nasal rinse per day with 125 ml of solution. For long-term rinse treatments over several months and years - as advised by a doctor - treatments of 2 to 3 days have also proven efficient.
