Revamil Balm
Revamil® Balm is an antibacterial wound ointment for home use for the treatment of acute, superficial wounds, abrasions, and burns. Revamil® Balm contains a base ointment in combination with pure honey.
The honey in Revamil Balm has a high content of honey enzymes, including glucose oxidase. In a moist wound environment, this enzyme produces small amounts of hydrogen peroxide. Due to the high sugar concentration in the honey, the wound fluid mixes with the Balm, forming a protective, antibacterial layer.
All Revamil products are optimized for enzyme content and are produced in the Netherlands under conditioned circumstances, ensuring extremely consistent quality. Revamil Balm contains no residues of pesticides, preservatives, or other substances known to cause allergic reactions.
