FISH OIL CONCENTRATE, gelatin, humectant (glycerine), SOYBEAN OIL, vitamin C (calcium L-ascorbate), zinc (zinc gluconate), aronia melanocarpa extract (black chokeberry), vegetable oil, vitamin E (DL-a-tocopheryl acetate), lutein, maltodextrin, color (iron oxide), zeaxanthin, emulsifier (SOY lecithin), selenium (sodium selenite).
Directions for use
Take 1 capsule daily, preferably with a meal and a cold drink.
