120 mg (150% RI*) vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid),
100 mg quercetin
10 mcg (200% RI*) Vitamin D (cholecalciferol)

Usage
Adults
2 to 4 tablets per day, to be taken after meals.
As a starting dose or in case of increased need, one can take 4 tablets per day (2 tablets after breakfast and 2 tablets after dinner).
As a maintenance dose, 2 to 3 tablets per day are recommended, each time taken after a meal (1 tablet after breakfast, 1 tablet after lunch and 1 tablet after dinner).
