Deodorized coconut oil organic
Purasana organic, odorless coconut oil is made from dried coconut flesh and then pressed, refined, filtered, deodorized, and bleached to produce coconut oil. This coconut oil is suitable for frying at low temperatures, meaning it lasts up to five times longer than regular frying oil. Moreover, coconut oil is less susceptible to oxidation, and the fries fried in coconut oil have a particularly mild and delicate flavor.

Usage
For frying or cooking during dishes.
Try to filter the coconut oil regularly. The ideal temperature for heating coconut oil is 160°C; above 180°C, the oil will foam. Never mix coconut oil with other oils.
