Vitamin B12 methylcobalamin in a convenient spray bottle with cherry flavor. Each spray contains 1000 mcg of vitamin B12 in its active form, methylcobalamin. Spraying it against the inside of the cheek or under the tongue ensures optimal absorption through the oral mucosa. One package contains approximately 140 sprays of 1000 mcg.
