Vegetable protein mix (WHEAT, pea, SOY), WHEAT flour, tapioca starch, WHEAT fiber, water.
Nutritional value
Usage
Bring a large amount of water to the boil (1 litre per 100 grams of pasta).
Cook the Protaste pasta for 9 minutes or shorter or longer depending on your preference for the bite.
Drain and serve immediately with vegetables and/or a sauce or dressing.
Tip: Also ideal for cold pasta or meal salads. And Meal prepping
