Usage
For adults and children aged 12 years and over: 1 capsule daily in the morning and 1 capsule in the evening.
Take the capsule with water, preferably with a meal.
For a noticeable difference, a course of at least three months is recommended, as hair grows slowly. Afterward, you can switch to a maintenance dose of one capsule per day. It can be used daily, year-round.
