For this organic, whole-wheat macaroni, Priméal uses 100% French durum wheat. The durum wheat is organically grown in the Camargue region of southwestern France. The wheat is processed into semolina by one of France's oldest semouliers, and then Priméal makes its own pasta using a traditional low-temperature drying process. Priméal's whole-wheat macaroni cones taste delicious with a drizzle of olive oil, tomatoes, or basil and are ready in no time.

Usage
Place the macaroni in a large pot of boiling, salted water and cook for 9 minutes for al dente pasta or 11 minutes for tender pasta. Drain the water and enjoy the pasta with a drizzle of olive oil or a sauce of your choice.
