Usage
Boil 1 portion of bulgur in 1.5 to 2 cups of water. Bring back to a boil, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes over low heat. Once boiling, remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes.
Season to taste.
Can be used as a warm side dish or cold in a salad
