Usage
Place one portion of tabbouleh in a bowl and pour 1 volume of boiling water over it. Cover, let it rise for 5 minutes, then fluff it with a fork. Season to taste and serve hot or cold. Feel free to add fresh fruit or vegetables (tomato, cucumber, lemon, etc.) and use their juices during preparation.
