Usage
Place the contents of the sachet in a tall saucepan with 850 ml of warm water. Simmer with the lid closed over a medium heat for 20 minutes, stirring regularly until all the water has been absorbed.
Classic recipe: Sauté 1 finely chopped onion in 2 tablespoons of oil. Add the contents of the sachet, stir well, and add half a glass of white wine. Let it sweat briefly, then add 850 ml of warm water and continue cooking.
If desired, you can add Parmesan cheese at the end of the cooking process or, for a vegan version, a little almond powder.
