Primeal polenta made from cornmeal is delicious served as a purée or with cheese and tomato sauce. This organic polenta can also be used as the base for oven-baked or pan-fried galettes.

Usage
Mix 1 volume of polenta with 3 volumes of water. Bring to a boil and simmer, stirring constantly, for 10-15 minutes. Add salt to taste, if desired.
