Roasted, peeled buckwheat* *from organic farming.

Usage
Rinse the buckwheat briefly and bring one volume of it to a boil with twice as much water. Simmer gently for 10 minutes with a lid on the pan, then let it rest for another 5 minutes. Drain carefully and serve warm with a knob of butter, or as a side dish with vegetables.
