Priméal organic, semi-whole-grain basmati rice. Basmati rice has been cultivated for centuries at the foot of the Himalayas. The rice owes its inimitable fragrance to the natural way the soil is irrigated by glacial water. The name basmati comes from Hindi and means "queen of fragrances." Besides its fragrance, basmati rice also has a light and soft texture, and the grains remain loose when cooked. Priméal organic semi-whole-grain basmati rice is fair-trade from the Punjabi region.

Usage
Rinse the basmati rice and cook 1 volume of rice with 2 volumes of water in a pan with a lid for 20 minutes.
