Nutritional value
Use
Bring 2 volumes of water to a boil, then add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 portion of seed mix, cover and simmer on low heat for 12 to 15 minutes. At the end of cooking, remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes. Season to taste. To be used as a warm side dish or cold in a salad.

Store in a dark, dry place at a moderate temperature.
