Precooked whole wheat* origin Europe (50%), precooked spelt wheat* origin France (33%), broken corn origin France, steamed red rice* origin Italy (8%). *from organic farming.
Nutritional value
Usage
Bring 2 cups of water to a boil, then add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 portion of seed mix. Cover and simmer for 12 to 15 minutes. At the end of cooking, remove from the heat and let it rest for 5 minutes. Season to taste. Serve as a warm side dish or cold in a salad.

Usage
