Usage
Combine 1 portion of bulgur with 2 volumes of water. Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer over low heat until all the water is absorbed (about 10 minutes). When the cooking time is complete, remove from the heat and let it rest for 5 minutes with the lid closed. Season to taste. Serve warm as a side dish or cold in a salad.
