Usage
Quick preparation: Sprinkle 1 heaping tablespoon of semolina flour into 3 to 4 heaping cups of water. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring regularly, then add salt or sugar.
Can be used for making gnocchi, quenelles, semolina cake.
