Nutritional value
Usage
Submerge the noodles in 2 liters of boiling water. Let them sit off the heat for 4 minutes, then fluff the noodles with a fork. Drain and serve.
Recipe suggestion: Finely chop the vegetables of your choice and sauté them in a pan with a drizzle of coconut oil. Cook the noodles according to the package directions and add them to the vegetables. Add the soy sauce and cook for 2 minutes over high heat. Serve with a few cilantro leaves.
