White durum WHEAT semolina* (gluten) *from organic farming.

Usage
Place 1 portion of couscous in a bowl and then pour 1 volume of salted boiling water over it. Cover, let it rise for 5 minutes, and then fluff it with a fork.

Store in a cool, dry place, protected from sunlight. Packaged in a protective atmosphere.
