Usage
Boil 1 portion of bulgur in 2 volumes of water. Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer over low heat until all the water is absorbed (about 10 minutes). When the cooking time is finished, remove from the heat and let it rest for 5 minutes with the lid closed. Season to taste. Serve as a warm side dish or cold in a salad.
