Durum WHEAT bulgur 78%, red bell pepper* (pieces and powder), 11%, Adzuki bean flakes*, tomato*, onion*, extra virgin olive oil*, Espelette pepper* 0.5%, basil* *from organic farming
Nutritional value
Preparation
Add 1 portion of bulgur to 2 volumes of boiling water. Bring back to a boil, cover and simmer on low heat with the lid closed for 10 minutes. Season to taste as desired.
Storage advice
Store in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight. Packed under protective atmosphere.
