Bulgur from durum WHEAT 78%, red pepper* (pieces and powder), 11%, Azuki bean flakes*, tomato*, onion*, extra virgin olive oil*, Espelette pepper* 0.5%, basil* *from organic cultivation
Nutritional value
Usage
Add 1 portion of bulgur to 2 volumes of boiling water. Bring back to a boil, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes over low heat with the lid closed. Season to taste.
Save
Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Packaged in a protective atmosphere.
