Nutritional value
Use
Add 1 portion of bulgur to 2 volumes of boiling water. Bring to a boil again, cover and simmer on low heat with the lid closed for 10 minutes. Season to taste.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight. Packed under protective atmosphere.
