Bulgur from durum WHEAT 80.2%, yellow and green lentils*, nettle leaves* 1%, onion%, leek*, fennel seeds* 0.8%, wild garlic*, extra virgin olive oil* *from organic cultivation
Nutritional value
Usage
Add 1 portion of bulgur to 2 volumes of boiling water. Bring back to a boil, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes over low heat with the lid closed. Season to taste.
Save
Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Packaged in a protective atmosphere.
