Usage
Quick preparation: Rinse and boil 1 heaping buckwheat in 2 heaps of water with the lid closed for 10 minutes. Then add salt.
Serve warm as a side dish, au gratin or cold as a salad.
Can also be cooked as pilaf with vegetables.
